Job Operation Attachment

Public Cloud on 10.2.600.2, trying to add an attachment (PDF file) to an existing Job Operation.

In Job Entry, when I right-click on the Operation, the “Add New Attachment” option is grayed out (Job is not engineered). If I check out the Part Revision to the Engineering Workbench and try it there, it is also grayed out.

I AM able to add the attachment directly to the Job Operation via DMT.

What am I forgetting?

Created a ticket and Epicor Support responded…

In 10.2.600 you are required (at least in some areas) to create an Attachment Type (using Attachment Type Maintenance), that defines WHERE the documents are stored. Once we defined that as Google Drive, it started working.
