· Ideally, the candidate will be based at any one of the three locations. However, candidates that have experience working remotely will be considered.
· The ERP Support Specialist will work in a support role with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems users at all levels throughout the organization.
· The position will be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the ERP systems software and related database schema in a Manufacturing environment.

ERP Support Specialist job function:
· Provide technical leadership, training, and coaching to users
· Project Lead in ERP conversion from current ERP Application to Epicor ERP
· Contribute to projects to implement, test and design ERP applications and system upgrades and changes
· Create, maintain and develop Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPMs), screen modifications, dashboards, SSRS reports and data files to support sales, operations, finance and other business units.
· Analyze and streamline business processes
· Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users
· Create and implement user acceptance testing for upgrades and design changes.
· Perform additional duties as requested by management
· Handle oneself calmly and professionally, when dealing with customers and co-workers, no matter the situation
· Provide backup and support to other IT staff on installation, maintenance and updates to hardware and software
· Respond to internal customers on all levels to resolve IT-related issues and provide solutions in timely manner
· Be punctual, responsible and flexible with hours, and policy changes
Intangible Skills:
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success
Minimum Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
· 2-4 years of recent Manufacturing experience
· ERP manufacturing knowledge, Epicor knowledge a huge plus
· Experience with MS SQL, SSRS Reporting, BAQs, BPMs, Trackers, Dashboards, Screen Customization, and Administration tools a plus, but not required
· Familiarity with APM, Epicor Web Access, Mobile, Product Configurator and DMT are a plus
· Strong oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
· Willing to travel to remote offices
