Part Tracker is absolutely fine…
Where is this -2 coming from?
I have ran conversion 6430 to try and resolve it but it hasn’t done anything.
Is there a demand for 4 EA floating in the ether?
I see. I also note that now you also have an RMA WH showing -2. And total available is -4
yes - i guess that is because transactions are still occurring.
Any allocations? What you see under part locations in tracker?
part locations is blank.
How about the Part Tran History Tracker.
I’ve seen issues where the Part tran gets out of synch, and a cleanup process is needed.
It must happen so often, the Epicor made it a regular on menu process. Actually 3 different processes that might apply to you. (Granted this is E10)
Thanks Calvin, i think in E9 its the conversion that does these.
The user is telling me that it shouldn’t show negative quantities none the less.
The conversion im currently running is 6690 “refresh orderrel quantity fields”
Have you checked for a future dated part trans record?

6690 seems to have fixed the issue.
