Job Manager Demand is wrong

For this one part, Job Manger shows a company wide Demand of zero. However, there is a sales order pulling 12. I have tried to run the refreshes to fix this to no avail. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Try looking at Time Phase for the part.

So, Time Phase shows the order. This is a stock part. Here is what it says:

According to the Help:

  • Direct - Denotes a Make Direct status; this displays if there is demand for a non-stock manufactured part. The supply is met by a firmed job that becomes a pending receipt (its quantity displays in the Receipts column). A suggestion for a job or sales order is created to cover the required amount.

It seems odd that you have jobs going to stock and then this one is a Make Direct…
