We have one plant and OEM and Repair are all in the same plant. When we get a repair job in and create a job we can’t get the details to come in on the Repair job. It appears to be stopping us because we have some parts marked at Run Out. We have plenty in stock and even though OEM will not use them anymore Repair will. In E9 it did not stop us from doing repair jobs. Does anyone know of some functionality that may have changed? I am going to open a ticket with Epicor because I can’t find where this would be show stopper.
I fixed my own issue…LOL
They has the job checked as Released and Engineered…once they unchecked it they could pull in details.
