Some how one of our users was able to enter a job with out a job number. I’ve attached screenshots showing the job. What is the easiest way to get rid of this job? We are unable to delete it from job entry because it’s tied to so many “blank” job number records in all the other tables like the DMR head table, labordetail records, etc…

1 - Epicor has a fix for this… I’ve seen it happen before. Give tech
support a call.
2 - I have fixed this in the past by just going into SQL and removing the
record directly.
- I know epicor frowns on this, but it worked fine for me.

I was going to do number 2 as a last resort.
Really not sure.
The two times I ran into the problem it was by MRP creating a job, then
some kind of server hiccup during firming the job… Once was 9.05.702 and
recently on 10.0.600.
