I am new to Epicor and have been tasked with using some of our already in place tools. I created a form for our service team, which cuts down their input time down by a lot. What I am trying to do next is use PowerAutomate to do a HTTP request to the Call Center API to post, but I keep getting a 400. If I do a GET to the same URL it works and returns, but POST doesn’t. I am stuck on this and would like any ideas on how to get this too work?
I ended up figuring this out. Other projects got in the way. I came back to this about a month and a half ago. I got Jira to create tickets in the Epicor module that we use. Right now I have it checking for new issues every 30 minutes, but I may change that over time. I didn’t use Power automate, I just have come scripts communicating to the APIs.
