Position: IT and ERP Specialist
Responsibilities include:
•Maintain and supports day-to-day operations of ERP system
•Manage the programming and system maintenance of Epicor ERP system
•Develop Epicor reports and processes
•Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company databases
•Create, maintain , update and improve documentation and procedures
•Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area
network (WAN), and Internet system. Maintain network hardware and software.
•Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform
necessary maintenance to support network availability.
•Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
•Configure, monitor, and maintain virus protection software and other security appliances
•All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

•Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical personnel
•Attention to detail
•Excellent analytical skills for problem determination and resolution
•Broad ERP development using Epicor ERP and Manufacturing experience
•Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
•Knowledge of EDI a plus
Education/Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or related fields or comparable experience.
•Experience with:
Epicor BAQ’s, BAM's, BPM and APM
Windows servers, Exchange, and SQL in an AD environment
VMware ESXI 5.X
Crystal Reports
Forecasting applications a plus
