Issues with E10.1 client and Win 10

We are having a hard time trying to get a brand new laptop with WIN 10 to work with EPICOR 10.1.400.22. We have applied all the updates to the OS, turned on .NET Framework 4.6, etc., and even though the E10.1 client installs just fine, when trying to login in EPICOR y takes forever until the main menu comes up and after that the system freezes!

Are we missing something else?

Hmmm I’ve ran into similar issues in the past when I had a bad HD on the box.

We currently have that when the Network is overloaded and the Firewalls CPU is above 80%… Especially on WiFi. I would also check the Performance & Diagnostics Tool. It could be your Network Card even to the point that its taking forever the client to download what it needs and receive results from Services on IIS which query SQL.

Yo tengo Win10, cuando descargue el cliente para Win10 no funciono bien e instale la versión para Win7 y adicional de eso hice unas configuración diferente. por tengo varias versiones de agentes.
