Issue with POs being closed by system automatically after creation

Hi Team

Has anyone had the issue of EPICOR automatically closing POs after they have been created without receipting anything to it etc.

We haven’t been able to isolate the issue to any particular user or company. And it doesn’t affect all POs, just a few. Perhaps one of you have seen a similar issue.

There aren’t any active BPMs on the PO header table or any of the Methods BPMs running
