Dear Experts, We have Issued Material to job 1 Qty but in Previously Issued field it is showing 36 qty refer to attached screen shot… In Transaction Log it is showing correct quantity.
could you please suggest, Why it is showing 36 in Previously Issued column or how to resolve this?
What is shown on the Production Detail report for the job?
What about PartTran History for the component?
In PartTran History Tracker & Job Production Detail report it is also showing previously issued 1 quantity below is the attachment

The Mtl Transactions part of the Production Detail report shows that Mtl Seq 60 had 36 Ltrs issued for it. It also showed that the P/N for the Mtl issued for seq 60 (VLBEIPE200003) differs from the P/N on the BOM (VMTMCOEL00032)
My guess is that the BOM was changed after some mtl had been issued, or that a manually entry was made during Mtl Issue
Also, the Part Tran History shows the STK-MTL for the job as a tran date of 12/19, but the system date of 12/25. Since the qty matches the required qty for Seq 90, I assume it was for that.
