Issue Material Problems

Hello All,

I believe we’re having issues with our Mtl’s issued where a user is pushing one mtl to another mtl and causing costing issues.

In my test environment I managed to issue mtl from our resin to our label mtl with no valid UOM conversion and now I have this -

In Epicor we see the issued qty for our C20020 (resin) part is 2, but yet if I query the database for only transactions on this job, I get 1 qty for C20020 and 1 for our label part 32-IML160045 -

So a few questions:
Why did the Epicor ‘Issue Material’ screen allow me to issue material from our resin part to our label part? They don’t have any UOM conversions (our resin is in pounds and our labels are in EA / CASE - no conversions for pounds)

Why does the Epicor Job Tracker show something different than the DB?

How can we even clean this issue up?

Look under the “Material Transactions” tab and retrieve transactions and see what it says there. Should show you who did it and when so you can track down how they are issuing the material.
