We create some sales orders with Intercompany-PO. And we often need to change the Ship-To for these orders. The IC-PO’s Ship-To will not be changed, but only the SO’s Ship-To will be changed.
We tried this change and saw the message below. But, the follow-up process has moved on.
What I’m most curious about is whether this change will affect IC-PO. If we make this change, will there be no problem for the party that gave the IC-PO?

In my short time using Intercompany POs, the model drives everything from the requestor. If the ship to needs to be changed, that has to be done by the requester on the purchase order side and then that flows to the sales order side.
I am well aware that Intercompany transactions change based on the requester’s PO. We need a change, but the requester says they can’t make the change, so I’m asking this question.
