Is there a way to add another value to the Order Entry Search textbox 'Sort By'?

Hello,

I have been asked if there is a way to add an option to the Order Entry Search box called ‘Sort By’? (Screenshot below)

I created a UD field tey store alternate part numbers in and would like to be able to easily search for them.

Any help is appreciated.

No, but you can create a Quick Search

That was what I thought you would tell me.

It never hurts to ask though.

I have already created a quick search that does the job.

They just wanted something a little more streamlined to keep the errors down.
