Is Right-click Open With Context Menu to a Different Company Possible?

We’ve got multiple companies, and have UD fields in Entry/Trackers that lists the value of the related field in the other company. We’d like to have the right-click open-with context menu for that field take you to the other company’s result (Vs copy and paste, change companies, open the app, and paste it in).

I found this for customizing the action - Can you hook that and tell Epicor to open it in the other company?
