Is it possible to have an embedded dashboard that is updatable as well?

Hi Epicor Community,

I have created an updatable dashboard. It looks like this:

After embedding it, I realized that the embedded dashboard does not provide updating functionality :

Is there any way to make this work?
Please not that although it says Receipt tracker, in fact it is the Receipt Entry menu, this is how it is named on 10.2.600.30. We are able to enter info on this menu and the dashboard is also on the Entry form.

What happens when you bring up a Receipt record? Typically, all elements of a UI are Disabled until you have a record loaded.

It works if you embed it as an assembly, NOT as a runtime dashboard, AFAIK… You have to deploy the dashboard and then when you embed it, choose the radio button that says “application” or something like that…

Yes as @HLalumiere mentioned. You need to deploy out the dashboard then add the dashboard to a menu as a Dashboard Assembly. Then when you use the wizard to add the sheet select AppBuilder Panel and enter in the MenuID of the dashboard.

In your second screenshot, you need to choose AppBuilder Panel, and then supply the Menu ID for your deployed Dashboard Assembly…

I choose AppBuilder Panel, and I am able to update and save the values in the Dashboard.
I would like to know how I can apply multiple filters to the Updatable Dashboard.
