Invoices stay in active, Won't print

So we are trying to print invoices and they are just hanging out in active and won’t print. Any ideas?

Check that the Task Agent is started

Thanks! Since I was in there, I went ahead and restart SQL Server Reporting service and IIS. Worked like a charm! Thanks for the point in the right direction!
