I’m am trying to set up customers so the unit prices of items do not show on the invoice just totals at the bottom. I know this could be done in E-Term but no one here seems to know how to do it in Solar. Any suggestions? Thank you!
I’m not sure what Solar is but;
I don’t know anyway to do it based on Customer in Customer setup but I have a few companies that do this and we modify our custom report style & SSRS report to suppress the line values, when they need to invoice for one that they don’t want to show the breakdown they change to that Style. You could probably put a switch in on the fields visibility to control that based on an input parameter but I haven’t gone that far since it is a very specific subset of orders that get this for us.
It’s been a long time since I worked in E9 and if I remember correctly in E9 you were limited to Crystal and I believe the same customizations can be made there instead of SSRS but again, it has been forever since I worked with Crystal as well so I am not 100% on its functionality anymore.
