I believe that's correct. For that customer, I would suggest leaving the
COMBINE PACK SLIPS checkbox unchecked. We have a customer that insists that
we only put one line on every pack slip, however, they don't mind having all
the day's pack slips invoiced on the same invoice (our shipping person just
can add multiple lines to a pack slip and has to pack slip each order

Thanks, Rick. But won't that make every sales order shipped that day print
on the same invoice? We sometimes ship multiple orders for a customer and
we want to invoice each order separately because of the purchase order
number and things like that.

What are you doing at the Pack Slip level? Are the sales order lines
printing on individual pack slips too? If so, I believe the answer is to go
into the CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE screen (Accts. Rec./Master File
Maintenance/Customer) and make sure the "COMBINE PACK SLIPS" checkbox is
checked for all of your customers. This will allow multiple pack slips to
be invoiced together. In addition, I assume that your shipping clerk is
entering one sales line per pack slip - you can pack slip multiple sales
lines per pack slip if you'd like to save time.

Has anyone ever had a problem when printing invoices that the number
of printed copies is not the same as requested? Here we go,..... I
want 4 copies of the invoice group to be printed. I click on the
little collate button and print. Walla, out comes 7 copies, 3 of
which are not a complete set and 4 are complete. Then, A/R person
comes to me and tells me of this phenomena to which I have repeatedly
said "your crazy". To which I now turn to the world of Vantage to see
if she really is crazy or have I just prejudged her.

Which version are ya' running? I think it was at 5.0 -- they had a large
bottom margin on the form. It's easy to change in Crystal.

Which version are ya' running? I think it was at 5.0 -- they had a large

I am having the same problem... Tech support says I am the only one having this problem. We do not have Crystal reports and are under the gun to print invoices. If we purchased Crystal reports, would someone have step by step instructions on how to fix this report? The next available training for Crystal is months out and I need a solution in a day or two...
