Invoice Payables not found

Do you have the workaround? 

We are running into the exact same issue.

We can post the AP Payment and Print the checks but we cannot post them.

Do you mind posting the workaround?

We just migrated to E10 and are trying to do a check run. We are able to successfully cut checks for invoices that were entered post-migration; however, when we try to print the payment edit list for any invoices that were entered pre-migration, we get this error message: 

Error: Post Operational Amount to Payables/Expense Account : Payment0Invoicexxxx- Invoice Payables not found.


Any ideas on what this error could mean, or a suggested workaround?

We can actually print the checks. However, the accounting department wants to print an edit list first. So it appears it's only an issue with the "Print Group Edit List" and not with the "Process Payments".

Another update:
When we attempt to post payments, the transactions go into the review journal with the message 
Post Operational Amount to Paybles/Expense Account : PaymentxxxxInvoicexxxx- Invoice Payables not found.
Transaction does not balance

Ooops.  Did not read close enough – you are doing payables?  Might not be the right conversion.  Was thinking AR invoices.

Take a look in Conversion Workbench for #1190 in the User Run conversions.   I think this might help.  We just recently had to run it.

I placed a call to Epicor and it was indicated that they have a "workaround" that they'll be e-mailing me later.

Sorry, I don’t know what happened out in the cyberverse to my messages but (for me at least) the second one arrived half an hour before the first one.  I realized after posting the first one that you were talking about A/P invoices so sent a correction.  I would bet there is a similar conversion for the A/P side.

Hello,

Have you checked if those invoices have tranglc? My guess is that the upgraded invoices went without it, (it is supposed to be fixed on 10, but maybe they still got it). You can do a BAQ to TranGLC table with related to file= apinvhed and key2= the invoice number.
If they do not have tranglc the best thing to do is request a fix :(
