Invalid Ship To message on Drop Shipment Entry

Drop shipment entry is giving a “invalid ship to” error;

Sales order is correct for ship to address;
does the PO need to also have the customer on the ship-to on the header tab of PO entry?

Is the Drop Shipment screen showing the correct customer number in the Ship To area? The PO should have the Ship To customer number on the Releases > Drop Ship Address tab not the Header tab. Whatever is listed on the Releases > Drop Ship Address should have the same address as what is on the Header tab for Ship To Name, Address, etc.
