Intercepting Printing of Certain Documents

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Otherwise I'm either going to have
to try some painful workarounds or wait for support to call me back in 3
days.

Subject: Intercepting Printing of Certain Documents

I'd like to intercept in Vantage, say, the printing of a customer
Packing Slip.

There's a BO method, Epicor.BO.CustShip.PrintSlip, which according to
the XML file comments:

- <member
name="M:Epicor.Mfg.Proxy.CustShipImpl.PrintSlip(System.Int32,System.Bool
ean)">

<summary>This method prints the Customer Packing Slip</summary>

<param name="packNum">The Packing Slip Number to print</param>

<param name="printPreview">Flag if print should be previewed.</param>

However when I trace the printing of the packing slip (or create a BPM
that should stop all invocations of this method), it doesn't appear that
the method is actually called.

How do I reliably intercept the printing of certain documents?

The PO BO doesn't have a similar "PrintPO" method. Is it possible to manipulate the printing process in Vantage?
