Installed 10.2.200.8 updated

ok, need some help. We were running on 10.2.200.4 and I applied the .8 update. I followed the instructions to the letter and it is still showing 10.2.200.4. I even did it a second time thinking maybe i did miss a step…nope same issue. My admin console still stays 10.2.200.4…anyone know a trick or step they instructions didn’t have.

Did you redeploy?

In Epicor, if you click on Help / About, which version is displayed?

  1. Launch your Epicor Administration Console (EAC).
  2. Expand Server Management > name of your server
  3. Right-click on your appserver name and select Application Server Configuration.
  4. Deployment version field. What value is there?

If it isn’t 10.2.200.8, select 10.2.200.8 then click the Deploy button on the bottom right. This will upgrade the appserver to 10.2.200.8. After this, you’ll need to log into the client with a security manager user to complete the Conversion Workbench conversions.
