Today I have just tried first time as per default setting and it is installed without any error.

I have the Epicor Data Discovery Basic License enabled. I tried on Epicor Demo aswell. same issue.
For SLL domain name, is it just the server name?
Like Your Hostname is example and domain name is test.com
then ssl name should be example.test.com

Done, working now.
Issue was with SQL Configuration, enabled named pipes.
