I have been looking at our inspection processing and notice that even though our RMA’s have been closed they are still showing up in the report. I was under the impression that once they were closed they should come off of the report. The parts have been marked as fail. We are in 10.2.600. Any help would be greatly appreciated because we have over 100 of these still showing up.
Did you receive the RMAs?
yes. we received and deposition the parts.
After further review, the RMA tracker shows a receipt date but the inspection processing entry does not. This brings up the question of how is this possible or why did it happen.
You also should check the quantities of the RMA to what was received and dispositioned.
