Hi all Epicor user,

Anyone can share with me if you have used E10 to handle subscription based business operation?

It is basically a Saas business model and i will like to know if there is any recommendation out there like how to handle the following with E10 standard function?

  1. How to onboard new subscriber?
  2. How to handle the capex of building saas and opex of maintaining the saas?
  3. How to handle the recurring billing and subscription termination fee?
  4. How to measure the ROI, breakeven point etc

I can only answer #3. You can use the Contract and Contract Renewals module to manage the subscription billings.
