How to update client sysconfig file after changes on server?

Hi,
In the following scenario:

  1. I am changing a sysconfig i.e. ETest.sysconfig file in server\ClientDeployment\Client\Config\ directory
  2. Now I would like to update ETest.sysconfig file whenever user will run local epicor client instance which is using ETest.sysconfig as a startup parameter.

Is there a way to do that, other than forcing AutoUpdate?
