How to reopen a closed sales order and reopen a closed line in an open sales order

We would like to reopen some closed sales orders and reopen some closed lines in some open sales orders. How can we do them? Use DMT? or what else? Please help.

I assume since you mentioned DMT that just doing this through the user interface is not feasible for perhaps the volume. You could create an updateable dashboard that displays the order and allows you do this by order and line - but only line if you wanted to keep some open and others closed.

Through the User Interface. Actions menu

  • Order -> Reopen Order.
  • Line -> Reopen Line
  • Release -> Reopen Release.

Note that opening a line does not automatically re-open any unfulfilled releases.
