But I am assuming that the operation duration is still 50 hours in your case in the job scheduling board. I am thinking of a way so that I could model the situation where the duration of operation hours would be reduced based on the number of resources working on the operation. Please let me know if you could think of something.
Once I set split operations I could set 2 scheduling blocks and when the job was scheduled it assigned 2 resources and cut the days in half in the job scheduling board.
If I drill down in job entry to the scheduled resources I now see the same number of resources assigned as the scheduling blocks. I only saw 1 before setting split operations regardless of the scheduling blocks.
