How to make a BAQ Report print 11x17?

I was informed by support that this will be fixed with Patch 408.

The BAQ designer uses most of the print out settings from the defaults for the default printer.
Â
To prove it you can create a dashboard report using the same BAQ then set the dashboard report to use the SAME crystal report using the same data as the BAQ report. You have to run the BAQ report 1st to create the XML data file but then the dashboard report will run the same crystal report selecting the correct paper tray etc. The print preview on the screen will display correct also.

Well I just found one workaround.

I installed a second copy of our 11x17 printer and set the default paper size to 11x17 (Ledger) and Landscape. I had to set it as the default and then the Print Preview showed up as 11x17. If anybody has another idea I'd be glad to hear it.

You'd probably have to change the default printer setup on your server
and/or desktop to 11x17 first and then try.
