How to logout related to active user count

Hello everyone,

These days, maximum user messages occur frequently. When I check the logged in users, the logged out users remain. We log out by pressing the “X” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Is there another way to log out? What’s the matter?

There is a user timeout setting in User Account Security Maint. Also disabling multiple user login might help if people are using that too often.
