How to hide DMR delete reason code?
Example: Inactive RUST code

I tried to delete the code then,
The DMR code changed to none selected.

Remove the ticks in the DMR section of Reason Code Maintenance and save the changes. This stops the reason appearing in the drop down list but it will still appear on any historical records created with this reason.
