I am having trouble updating the default format of a decimal custom field because it is read-only and it wont allow me to update it. See the two screenshots below:
As you can see I have updated the format there but it doesn’t reflect on the program where I use the field. Then I noticed there is another field that I need to update but it is readonly:
I have done the regeneration as well after updating the highlighted field on the first screenshot. Also checked the personalization/customization of the form where I use this field, I noticed they show the “Default Format” which is the one that I cannot update!
So because of the situation I cannot enter any value bigger than 99,999.99!! (Less than 100,000 in a decimal field!!)
Any idea how to fix this?
