We have completed a sales order but the burden and hours are not correct and is not something that we have added in the system. Can anyone help with understanding this or how to set these perimeters?

There are a lot of factors here depending on your business case and specific equipment/people but Burden rates are set up in Resource Group Maintenance. These resources are then selected on quotes or jobs and the system utilizes the rates to calculate costs based on time worked on a job or entered in quotes.
So, we need to set these perimeters?? I manually entered the hours per employee for the operation they were performing, but not the cost per hour and it is not correct on the report. Burden cost is not correct either.
