How can I Autoprint a BAQ Report

Now hopefully I can point it to APM to have it emailed automatically.

To all: We are running 9.05.701 64bit Progress. I have a BAQ Report that I would like to AutoPrint to a specific printer (APM actually) but when I go into the BAQ report DataDefinition to add a "Report Rule" that option is greyed out.

Anyone know how to AutoPrint a BAQ Report.

You want to first create a schedule in the System Agent.

Then print the BAQ report to the printer you want, but select your newly created schedule and check recurring.

Also, the user doing this must be logged into the Client for the report to actually print. I created schedule on my server with Task Scheduler to launch the client and to auto logon as manager a few minutes before the report is scheduled to print.

I am not 100% you can trigger an auto print from a BAQ report (though I may be wrong)

I know you can Schedule Them but I don't think you can trigger them when X happens (without writing custom code)

You have to first deploy it somewhere in the main Epicor menu as a BAQ report then you get the print window where you can schedule.
