This morning users are reporting a high failure rate(which I have confirmed) when print previewing on many different screens. I’m thinking a big hammer approach so employees can resume working might be a nice first step. In E9 I would restart the system agent(I think it was called), but in E10 I’m a little unfamiliar. Should I restart the task agent, as shown in the screenshot below?

Thanks!!! It turns out the error was we were trying to print a sales order picklist for a job that was closed. It looks like you can only do this for an open job. The Error Details indicated No Record Selected, which wasn’t that helpful but we were able to figure it out!
