Hiding a Product Group

Hello!

I would like to get rid of some Product Groups that show up on the drop down when you enter a part in Sales Order. The caveat is I don’t want to remove the Product Groups themselves or change what a Part is assigned to. I just want to remove them from the drop down.

Is there a way to do that without customization?

Not that I’m aware off, we have the same issue, and we added a “z” at the beginning of description and used a BPM to hide/disable them from users.
