Visible false will work in code if all else fails. The location truck works but I've had ladies with user interactions on the screen depending on how your users use the system.

Set the location of the objects in question to negative coordinates.

Example:
Old Location: 10,45
New Location: -10,-45

This way they render off the screen but are still there.

I am currently on 8.03.409C. I have an issue when when I save/change a record on a screen any controls that I have set to not be visible through a customization become visible. Has anyone else had this problem? It makes my customizations pretty much useless, especially for user defined tables where it auto generates all of those Key controls. I guess I could position the controls off the screen, but if someone maximizes the screen they will see a bunch of controls I don't want them to see.

Pretty common issue on 8.03.4xx
Some are best dealt with by leaving visible but making inactive/readonly via an extended properties code line.
