Description / Steps to reproduce:

PAGE NUMBER: 15444MPS

PROBLEM: User has applied Microsoft Security Update 896358.

SOFTWARE AND DATABASE INFO: All versions of Vantage, from VN 4.00 to VN
6.10.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
1. Run Windows Update, and apply the most recent Microsoft Security
Updates, including 896358.
2. Login to Vantage.
3. Go to Help->Contents.
4. Choose a section from the Contents or Index tab.
5. Nothing is displayed.
6. Workaround from website http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896905/ is
unsuccessful.
7. Removing the Microsoft Security Updates is unsuccessful.
