Help! Error Starting Database

What did you do prior to trying to start the DB? What did you change?

Did you make any changes to your app servers? Are you sure your app servers and your mfgsys files are pointing to the same app server numbers?

Is your database running? Did you put it in read only mode? If not check to make sure it is running and that your database config file is pointing to the right server

Try restarting the service. I had this problem yesterday and that worked for me.
