It’s because I don’t run. 
I keep telling my wife that “insert_complaint_here” will be fixed in the next release and I’m currently working as designed. (Hopefully she doesn’t convert to a younger-newer system…)

I’m sure that by now you are probably too highly customized for her to consider a completely new system. She might just apply patches for now…
Unless you decide to discontinue your Maintenance and then she might be forced to upgrade immediately.
