Currently Epicor does not work with newer RDP Client’s because the RDP Clients no longer assume that everything should be HI_RES_AWARE.

Upgrading to Windows CE 7+ or Windows Mobile 6.5+ may require you to deploy an older wpctsc.exe RDP Client.
