Handheld Customizations - 9.05.700B

I have made customizations to the handheld screens, but cannot get some of them to show on the handheld. I changed the menu to use the customization in menu maintenance and verified that they work from the computer menu, but still nothing on the HH screen. On the HH, I have logged out of Epicor and back in (several times) and even waited overnight a couple of days hoping the cache would clear. I was able to get some of the customizations onto the HH, but have no clue as to how it did. I assume the terminal server is caching the forms, but just need to know where to clear it from.

There are two sets of Data Collection folders in the Menu structure. Which did you apply your customization layers to?
