Each day we create a group of invoices for the previous day's shipments.
We print this group to our faxing software and then the invoices get
sent to our customers via fax or email. We printed yesterday's group
but something happened, we're not quite sure what, that prohibited the
invoice group from being sent to the faxing software. There isn't any
record of it on the faxing software. Does anyone know of a way to pull
back that Invoice Group print request or at the very least find a record
of it actually being printed? I searched the faxing software and there
isn't any record of the invoice group print request. I opened the
Vantage System Monitor and in the history tab there are two entries for
an Invoice Print request around the same time but it doesn't give any
other detail about the size or content... so it could just be 1 invoice
and not the group we're looking for. There isn't anything listed in the
Reports tab or Active Tasks tab. Any ideas?
