I tried looking it up but I couldn’t find what I needed. Any reason why I can’t edit the home Ui? Apparently other users were able to but its blocked out for me. Being in Dev mode didn’t fix this. I deleted all tabs and widgets but it won’t let me add anything. Just kinda weird.
I remember at one time screen resolution prevented this. Maybe don’t maximize your screen to see if they become enabled…
There is a message across the top of your screenshot telling you why . . .

Try to use Ctrl + scroll back on your mouse to zoom out screen until it’s available
I think the issue with the scaling had to be with my set p. It did not like me using a VM to remote into a device to access kinetic. I tried on a different set up and worked just fine. On the VM I did the Ctrl + scroll and that seemed to work, just was not very readable. so my VM was the issue
