Is there a way to update the right click "open with" to default to a customization from all screens? Part Entry for example, it's all over the place in the system.

I've created a customization for the Customer Maintenance screen. To
activate it, I went to System Management -> Utilities -> Menu
Maintenance. In there, I chose my customization for the Customer
Maintenance screen located under the Sales Management -> CRM -> Setup -
original Customer Maintenance screen shows up. Do I have to apply the
change to every single place the Customer screen exists, or is there a
way I can tell the system to use my customization globally, for all
the Customer Maintenance screens? Thanks!

No, there is no global way to deploy a customization to all menu
locations.
You do need to go to Menu Maintenance and apply the customization for
each menu separately, one at a time.

You don't have to create a customization for each occurance of the Customer Maintenance screen, but you do have to set the customizaion to each occurance of the form in Menu Maintenance. So, one customizaion applied multiple times in Menu Maintenance. It would be nice to have a "Apply to all" option in the menu maintenance along with an import/export utility.
