Is there a standard report to get the total spend by GL account? We are looking to get total spend by vendor by GL account.
No. While Epicor CAN provide a report like this, most of the time, the information is better provided without the GL. I would offer that GL Reports stay within the realm of just GL, not trying to get to the transaction/operation side of the data.
I have created a custom report using TranGLC connecting it back to Vendor details for analysis. However, I also have an AP Total Spend by Supplier report that the supplier and AP team uses for analysis without GL connections. It can be completed both ways, but this is in ERP10 for us.
