Try setting the default printer to letter size BEFORE going to the  Vantage report to print.
They have problems with reports (Print Preview also) going to the default printer and getting the page size and other settings and overwritting the report settings.

Changing the default printer to the correct paper size works for some of the reports.
This is supposed to be fixed in the next release.

Is anyone having issues of your GL reports printing only 2/3 of a page when switching it back from legal to letter papersize? We lose a 1/3 of the report and Epicor has stated this as a known issue. Anyone have a valid work around to get around this issue? They are telling us it has to be printed to legal. We are also seeing this issue with AR invoices.
