What am I missing here? I enter a request for Period 1 of 2017 and it returns Period 1 of 2016 data. Period 1 of 2017 is closed. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

This is a known bug in Epicor E10. Just call into Financial Support and they can send you the fix.
