I have a BAQ where I am trying to get the opening balance for specific GL accounts as of today? I have tried several things but I am not ending up with the right number that matches chart tracker. I really don’t want to have to have fiscal year fiscal period as parameters. Any help will be appreciated.

I was researching the same, and wanted to post back here in case you weren’t able to find a solution.
The field is GLPeriodBal.BalanceAmt which gets updated throughout the financial period.
